Oliver Wolcott Technical High School Students Visit Capitol

HARTFORD – Torrington’s Oliver Wolcott Technical High School sent students to the State Capitol to participate in Manufacturing Day. Students had the opportunity to meet with industry leaders, display their robotics projects and meet with lawmakers. The students were also able to spend a few minutes on the Speaker’s dais, which is where operations for our session days are centered.

“It’s always encouraging to see students from our district visit the Capitol complex. I wish them well in their current projects and programming. I hope they have the chance to come back and visit us again when they’ve began their manufacturing careers,” said Case.
