GOSHEN – The League of Women Voters Litchfield County hosted its annual Legislative Breakfast on Saturday, featuring a legislative panel to provide insight on the current legislative session. State Rep. Jay Case (R-Winsted) participated in the breakfast, providing commentary on some of the major topics that are being debated under the State Capitol’s golden dome.

“This session, I have continued my efforts to secure services and funding for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities,” said Case. “In addition, we are focusing on affordability. Energy prices are too high for many people to afford, and we must do more to provide viable housing options.”

Energy prices have skyrocketed for Connecticut’s families and businesses. Case has supported a six-point plan to help lower the cost.
