Rep. Carney Speaks in Support of HB-7160

I am so proud to announce HB-7160, a priority bill of mine to increase boater safety and reduce the number of incidents where operators are under the influence, has passed the House.
The impetus of this legislation came out of a horrible tragedy that took place over Labor Day weekend in Old Saybrook last year that took the lives of three young men.
