Today, I strongly opposed the renomination of Melissa Gillett, Chairman of the Public Utilities Regulatory Agency (PURA) because of the lack of accountability, rising rates, and backdoors deals that have made our state MORE unaffordable. I stand with the residents of Torrington who deserve to be heard as they struggle to pay their energy bills, among other essentials.
