I voted against a proposal that would threaten businesses if they failed to notify employees of certain work schedule changes…but what if it rains? As a former golf caddy, I know what it means to have your work schedule unpredictably upended due to natural weather changes. This bill would be detrimental to business efficiency and only add on yet another unnecessary regulation by our state government.
As your voice in Hartford, I will continue to fight against government overreach and support our small businesses!
