    Joe is a Torrington native and graduate of George Washington University, studying policy and political science. He was a three-sport athlete at Torrington High School. Joe was Wing Commander in the U.S. Air Force Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps, and he is a former youth group member at St. Paul’s Church.

    Our state is too expensive. Taxes, fees, and the rising cost of living are straining everyone’s finances. Citizens are seeing their state change before their eyes, with communities facing growing concerns about property crime and, unfortunately, even brazen criminal activity. It’s time for a change.
