Hartford, Conn. – State Rep. Patrick Callahan (R-108) participated in a roundtable discussion on energy and environment issues, facilitated by the CT Business & Industry Association. The meeting was held on Thursday, January 25, at the Legislative Office Building.

“I want to thank the CBIA for hosting this forum on energy and environment issues. Energy drives the economy and one of my biggest concerns is actions we take increasing prices for consumers and businesses. Municipal solid waste, recycling, electric vehicles, and other topics are likely to come up in the 2024 session,” said Callahan who serves as the Ranking Member to the Environment Committee.

The General Assembly will convene its 2024 session on Wednesday, February 7th.
