Hartford — State Representative Patrick Callahan (R-108) was sworn in for his second term at the State Capitol in Hartford today alongside his wife, Andrea, and daughter, Clare. Callahan, who joins his 151 colleagues in the House of Representatives, says he is looking forward to continuing to be the voice of the residents of the 108th District.
“I look forward to getting to work at the Capitol this session, representing the interests of the residents and businesses in the communities of Danbury, New Fairfield, New Milford, and Sherman,” said Callahan. “Our state is facing a number of challenges and I will work to find economic solutions that make Connecticut a more affordable place to live and work in.”
House Minority Leader Vincent Candelora has appointed Callahan as a ranking member of the Environment Committee, and as a member of the Appropriations Committee and the Judiciary Committee.
As the legislative session gets under way, Rep. Callahan encourages his constituents to keep in touch by calling his office at (800) 842-1423 (toll-free) or by writing him an email at Patrick.Callahan@housegop.ct.gov .
