New Milford – State Rep. Billy Buckbee (R-New Milford) participated in Read Across America events at Northville and Hill & Plain elementary schools. During his visit to Northville, Buckbee read to Mrs. Hibbard’s students. While at Hill & Plain, Buckbee read to four different groups of students.

With steep electric rate hikes on the horizon, Connecticut House and Senate Republicans today unveiled a set of policy goals which aim to bring about long-term rate reduction, long-term stability, and short-term relief for consumers.
