Buckbee Participates in Read Across America at Northville Elementary School

NEW MILFORD – On Friday morning, State Rep. Billy Buckbee (R-New Milford) spent time with kindergarten students at Northville Elementary School. He read The Book with No Pictures by actor and writer B.J. Novak.
“I always appreciate spending time with students and participating in Read Across America Week. The students were very well-behaved and engaged with the story. Reading is a critical skill, and it’s excellent to connect with young minds through a fun story,” said Buckbee.
Buckbee gave a copy of the book to Mrs. Bouzakis’ class, who is also a former classmate of Bill’s, and will be returning with another copy for Mrs. Knowlen’s class.
