The proposed bill is 5418 ‘An Act Revising Juvenile and Criminal Justice Statutes and Insurance Statutes Concerning Theft of a Motor Vehicle.’ Testimony on this important piece of legislation can be submitted to the committee by e-mailing JUDtestimony@cga.ct.gov.
