HARTFORD – State Representative Bill Buckbee (R-New Milford) is pictured with members of the New Haven Manufacturers Association as part of Connecticut Business Industry Association’s Manufacturing Innovation Day 2017. Buckbee stated, “Manufacturers are facing a unique set of issues. Unfortunately, our state economy has created a situation in which many of our local manufacturers are struggling to prosper based on stifling regulation and off-shore competition. At a legislative level, we can offer more incentives for locally manufactured products to be used in state projects relating to aerospace, defense, and infrastructure.”
