HARTFORD – The Connecticut Business & Industry Association has released its 2023 legislative records. CBIA has ranked each individual legislator’s support, or opposition, to legislation that seeks to support Connecticut businesses, increase economic opportunities, and create greater affordability.

According to CBIA, State Rep. Bill Buckbee received a 100% voting record for the 2023 session. To review the state house voting records, you can click here.

“I appreciate the recognition for my voting record in the 2023 legislative session from the state’s leading business advocacy group – the Connecticut Business & Industry Association. The association compiled a voting record from each member of the General Assembly based on their support of legislation that sought to expand the association’s mission – increasing economic opportunities and making life more affordable. According to the CBIA criteria, my votes were in line with that mission. However, there is more to be done to foster greater economic opportunities throughout our great state,” said Rep. Buckbee, whose district encompasses New Milford.
