The goal of the assessment is to determine the feasibility of transforming this historic school building into a modern cultural arts center and community hub. The proposed vision includes dedicated spaces for art exhibitions, performances, workshops, and community gatherings — making it a cornerstone for creative engagement and public use.
Even more promising, the plan also explores the inclusion of affordable living spaces for creative professionals. This means artists, musicians, writers, and other creatives could potentially live and work in one inspiring, centrally located space — a model that has been successful in other vibrant, forward-thinking towns.
