The nonpartisan Office of Legislative Research (OLR) has issued its 2022 Major Issues report. OLR crafts this report annually to provide an overview of the major topics that the legislature is likely to take up. Of note are the sections addressing the pandemic (pg. 5), potential tax relief proposals (pg. 9), and juvenile justice (pg. 13).
