Rep. Bronko Presents Citation to Chet Doheny, CEO and President of We Do Life…Together

NAUGATUCK – Rep. Seth Bronko, R-Naugatuck, presented a citation from the Connecticut General Assembly to Chet Doheny, the founder, CEO and President of We Do Life…Together during the 101st annual meeting of the Naugatuck Chamber of Commerce on Thursday evening.
The meeting and awards ceremony was held at the Aria Banquet Hall in Prospect in front of a packed audience. In addition to the citation, Mr. Doheny was honored with the prestigious 2022 Lewis A. Dibble Sr. award for his more than 30 years of leading companies that offered compassion and care for adults and children with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs or who are on the autism spectrum.
“It was a privilege last night to present a citation from the Connecticut General Assembly to a man and business owner who has changed so many lives for the better,” Rep. Bronko said. “During a recent tour of his company, I had a chance to see how he reaches those lives on a daily basis by providing transportation, educational workshops and job placement and housing opportunities for those in need. It was easy to see why the room was packed last night with so many well-wishers because he’s a credit to the Naugatuck community.”
