Rep. Chris Aniskovich Receives Manufacturing Champion Award

HARTFORD, CT — State Representative Chris Aniskovich (R-35), Ranking Member of the General Assembly’s Commerce Committee, was honored Thursday as one of the inaugural Connecticut Manufacturing Champions by the Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA). The award was presented during CBIA’s annual Made in Connecticut: 2026 Manufacturing Summit.

The recognition highlights Rep. Aniskovich’s sustained advocacy for policies that strengthen Connecticut’s manufacturing sector, reduce regulatory friction for employers, and foster economic growth across the state.

“It was a true honor to be at the Made in Connecticut Summit and to be recognized by CBIA as an inaugural Manufacturing Champion,” said Rep. CBIA’s Made in Connecticut Manufacturing Summit brings together hundreds of industry executives, policymakers, and workforce leaders from across the state to address supply chain challenges, workforce development initiatives, and legislative policies impacting the sector.

Rep. Aniskovich represents the 35th General Assembly District, serving the towns of Clinton, Killingworth, and Westbrook.
