State Rep. Aniskovich Celebrates East Haven Co-op Hockey Team’s Historic State Championship Victory

HARTFORD, CT – State Representative Chris Aniskovich today joined fellow legislators State Representative Joe Zullo, State Representative Devin Carney, and State Representative Irene Haines to celebrate the East Haven Co-op hockey team’s first state championship win since 1998.

“I am thrilled to honor this outstanding achievement alongside my colleagues,” said Rep. Aniskovich. “It’s especially exciting to see talented young athletes from Clinton among the roster of skilled players who made this victory possible. Their success reflects the dedication and spirit of our communities.”

Rep. Aniskovich extended special recognition to team captains Lorenzo D., Cameron R., and Preston T. for their exceptional leadership. “These captains guided their team to a historic win, and their accomplishment is a source of pride for East Haven, Clinton, and everyone who supports the next generation of champions,” he added.

The championship marks a significant milestone for the East Haven Co-op hockey program, showcasing the talent and determination of its athletes.
