    The Running Brook Farms in Killingworth was recently awarded a $437,163 Rural Energy for America Program (REAP) grant to allow them to continue to invest in renewable energy systems and energy efficiency improvements to their farm.
    Today, I joined Owners Scott Papoosha and Becky Goetsch, Congressman Joe Courtney, DoAg Commissioner Bryan Hurlburt, lawmakers and representatives from the USDA for a press conference to learn more about the solar and lighting improvements that have taken place thanks to the REAP grant.
