Ensuring our nonprofit organizations were supported was one of the top priorities among my House Republican colleagues during last year’s budget negotiations, so I’m pleased to see the SARAH Inc. was awarded a grant through the state’s Nonprofit Grant Program.
Grants received through this program are used to help support capital projects. This includes – facility alterations, renovations, improvements, and additions; new construction; health, safety, and Americans with Disabilities Act projects; energy conservation improvements; information technology systems; technology that promotes client independence; purchase of vehicles; and acquisition of property.
