We had a very successful Juvenile Justice Forum on November 29th in Suffield. I want to thank everyone who attended and reached out to me for more information on it. Unfortunately, in the days since our forum, there have been more disturbing instances of crime being reported across Connecticut.
On Monday, the Norwich Free Academy was placed in a lockdown for over an hour and a juvenile was charged after two fake guns were found. On Tuesday in Naugatuck, three were arrested after a stolen vehicle they were operating collided with another vehicle, fled the scene and were quickly apprehended by police.
