The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA) announced a public listening session regarding performance based ratemaking, which PURA is currently exploring in Docket No. 21-05-15.
A live public listening session will be held via Zoom on March 16, 2022 at 6:30 p.m.

OCC encourages all electric customers to participate and provide their perspective and obtain additional relevant information. All public comments will become an official part of the record and assist OCC, PURA, and other stakeholders in this matter. A subsequent Stakeholder Workshop will be held on April 5, 2021.
