Yesterday, the state began “Phase One” of Governor Lamont’s reopening plan. This applies to offices, retail and malls, as well as the outdoor sections of restaurants, zoos, and museums. This plan originally called for the reopening of hair salons and barbershops, but at the last minute, the governor changed his mind and pushed this out to June 1 to align with other states.
