HARTFORD- State Rep. David Rutigliano (R-Trumbull) met with the Association of Retired Teachers of Connecticut (ARTC) at the State Capitol today.

Rutigliano listened to retired teachers and discussed their 2024 legislative agenda. One of those retired teachers was Trumbull resident Rita McDougald-Campbell.

Focused on Making CT More Affordable

HARTFORD—State Rep. David Rutigliano (R-123) along with his House Republican colleagues, in advance of the start of the 2024 legislative session, unveiled proposals Thursday they say will maintain the state’s fiscal stability while making Connecticut a more affordable place to live.
