OXFORD – State Rep. David K. Labriola (R-131) today welcomed news of a $400,000 federal grant coming to the town of Oxford.

The town will use the funding launch its Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program to help low- and moderate-income homeowners repair their homes.  Upgrades would include roof replacement, heating systems, window replacement, lead paint and asbestos removal and electrical and code upgrades.
