In order to keep you fully informed on the recent legislation passed by the General Assembly this year, the non-partisan Office of Legislative Research has released their 2014 Major Public Acts document which briefly summarizes the major legislation of the 2014 Legislative Session. OXFORD – The Malloy administration announced today that Agnes Tetlak Schiavi Park, the proposed one-hundred acre recreational area on Bowers Hill Road, will receive a $500,000 grant to further develop the land for Oxford and surrounding communities’ enjoyment and recreation.
