On August 20, Rep. Labriola joined Oxford town officials at a groundbreaking ceremony for the new athletic complex at Oxford High School. The project, which will include a multi-purpose synthetic turf field and an eight lane track, was approved two weeks ago in a town referendum by a margin of over 500 votes. Construction on the complex is already underway, and the projected deadline for the project’s completion is this December, with hopes that spring sports will be played on the new field.
