Please know that applications for absentee ballots are available to eligible citizens on the Secretary of State’s website.
They are also available through the Town Clerk’s office. East Lyme Residents can access an application on the town’s website, or by visiting the town hall at 108 Pennsylvania Avenue in Niantic between 8:00 am and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Salem residents can access application information on the town’s website, or at the town hall at 270 Hartford Road between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
