Connecticut Open House Day | June 9th

Connecticut has such a diverse history, rich artistic culture and array of tourist destinations – and all of these wonderful aspects of our communities will be showcased this Saturday, June 9th for Connecticut Open House Day!

 

The Connecticut Office of Tourism is hosting this event for the 14th year as an opportunity for residents to discover and reconnect with everything our state has to offer.

 

Attractions, museums, galleries and organizations in towns and cities all across Connecticut will be opening their doors and welcoming visitors with discounted or free admission, giveaways, special offers, hands-on activities for kids and more.

Smith-Harris House Museum

10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Lawn games and historic-inspired refreshments with

the 19th century home’s residents.

 

Thomas Lee House

10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Free admission for house and schoolhouse tours,

hands-on activities and historical exhibits.
