HARTFORD – State Representative Jay Case (R-63) facilitated the ARC Connecticut’s 5th Annual Family Hearing Day. The room was filled beyond capacity at the Legislative Office Building on Wednesday, February 21st. Families came from all over the state to provide testimony of how state sponsored services improve their daily lives. “We had a great turn out today, the room was a bit tight but I am proud to say that we were able to accommodate everyone today,” Said Rep. Case who chairs the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Caucus (I/DD). “I want to thank all of the families who were able to come to the Capitol today and provide testimony. With such great public participation it makes it clear to the legislature what an impact these services have on our communities.”
