Rep. Ackert Welcomes a New Business to Coventry

HARTFORD – State Representative Tim Ackert (R-8) joined municipal leaders and residents at the grand opening and ribbon cutting celebration for Elm Human Performance, LLC.

Elm Human Performance is an alternative and holistic health service specializing in massage therapy and reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing.

“I am extremely happy to welcome Jennifer Wendry and her business to downtown Coventry,” Rep. Ackert. “This location holds a special place in my heart as it is where I first started my business many years ago.”

After the ribbon cutting, Rep. Ackert presented Jennifer with a legislative citation to commemorate the occasion.

“Local business owners like Elm Human Performance are essential pieces of our community and state,” Rep. Ackert said. “We as a legislative body must continue to do all that we can to help promote their continued growth along with the development of future businesses within the state.”

Elm Human Performance, LLC, is located at 1199 Main Street, Coventry.
