Bridge Updates

Last Monday, I visited the Pucker Street Bridge over the Willimantic River and the Route 275 Bridge in Coventry to check on their progress and give you an update.

At the Pucker Street Bridge, I met with workers as they were in the process of installing the bridge’s side rails. As many of you know, the bridge was reopened to through traffic on Friday as the work was completed ahead of schedule.

While the Route 275 Bridge looked like it needed a lot more work, I was assured that they were operating on schedule. The bridge will hopefully be reopened by the end of November.
